I started with Seaman Chiropractic Center in July 2009 with major low back pain. (level 1-10 @10 ). I had tried exercise, stretching and medication without experiencing relief from my back pain.
I have been re-evaluated with a pain level down to a 2 from 10. I have started a workout program advised by Dr. Seaman, that is helping to strengthen my back.
I used to have difficulty standing, walking for long periods of time. Now I can take long walks, ( 1-2 Hours) and stand in long lines without experiencing back pain.
I am very happy with my recovery and I plan to continue with chiropractic care for maintenance of my back health.
I have a sway in my lower back and will need to keep working with weights and strengthening to improve my back health.
I think chiropractic care is basic healthcare that can improve anyone’s life.

My name is Michelle S. I’ve been Dr. Seaman’s patient for 12 years and she has done wonders for me!
When I got pregnant I was afraid I would be extremely uncomfortable with lots of pain because of my weak back. Dr. Seaman adjusted me during my whole pregnancy and I was feeling great!
I had a great pregnancy with almost no discomfort, and once my daughter was born she had a very hard time with sleep during the night. My baby was very gasy. She constantly screamed and cried all night.
I mentioned the problem to Dr. Seaman and she told me to bring her in. I was a little skeptical at first since my baby was only 3 months old.
Dr. Seaman was very gentle with my daughter and started adjusting her. Since that time she sleeps through the night without waking up crying! It was a miracle. My husband and I were very excited to be able to get our sleep again!
I bring my daughter with me once a month to my appointment. I must say I have a very healthy 4 year-old daughter who has never had an ear infection and rarely does she have colds or fevers! We are very grateful to have Dr. Seaman’s expert care.
